Privacy policy
Updated on 3 October 2026 for the test version distributed through TestFlight (single-player game against computer-controlled opponents). Publisher: LOOTROOM.
In short
In this version, your game data stays on your phone. There is no account to create, no advertising, no ad tracking and no online play. The game itself does not connect to any LOOTROOM server.
Game data on your device
LOOTROOM stores your profile, nickname, collection, equipped appearances, progress, preferences and operation receipts on your phone. The game has no server account and no online sync of its own. This data stays on the device until you delete the application.
The game also records performance measurements, on the phone only: device model or class, launch and frame timings, memory usage, animation preferences, UTC time, scene and match identifier, and, when available, display, rendering settings and thermal state. They help investigate startup and smoothness. LOOTROOM does not send or receive them.
Permissions and services
Notifications are local (scheduled on your phone, without a server) and require your permission. Motion sensors may drive a subtle on-screen depth effect; their readings are neither stored nor sent. This version does not use the microphone, camera, contacts or location.
The shop, chests and auctions are local simulations: no real payment and no in-app purchase. There is no advertising, ad tracking, advertising identifier, online leaderboard, or trading or chat between players. The shop’s “simulated ad” screen is a LOOTROOM trailer played on the phone, with no ad network and no network connection.
The application contains networking libraries intended for a future online game (Unity Authentication, Multiplayer, Netcode and Vivox, as well as LiteNetLib). In this version they are never started: no connection, no account and no data sent through them. The Unity engine, which the game is built with, may send anonymous technical hardware statistics (for example device model and operating-system version) to Unity Technologies, under Unity’s privacy policy.
TestFlight test version
The game is distributed through TestFlight, Apple’s testing service. Apple may share information about your participation with the publisher (for example your invitation email address, crash reports, and feedback and screenshots you choose to send) under Apple’s rules and privacy policy. It is used only to fix and improve the game.
When you contact support
You choose what to send by email: your address, message and optional screenshots or attachments. This information is used to respond and investigate your issue, retained as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations, without advertising use. Do not send passwords, certificates, a full profile or device identifier.
Your control
You may change preferences and permissions in the game or in your phone settings. Phone backups depend on your Apple choices (iCloud or computer), not a LOOTROOM server. Uninstalling can delete local data and should not be your first troubleshooting step.
Contact us below for information about, or deletion of, a support message you sent. Data that has stayed only on your device cannot be remotely retrieved or erased by LOOTROOM.

To serve the pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser and time of visit, and may log it, including outside the European Union. Future changes
An upcoming online version (matches between players) will process new data; this page will be updated before it is distributed. Any addition of accounts, audience measurement, advertising or real purchases will come with updated information and any necessary permissions.
